The purchaser must complete the warranty registration within 30 days of installation completion.
Once submitted, you will receive a copy of your certificate via email within five business days. If we need any more information, we will have a representative reach out to you.
Please have the following information ready:
- Photos of your completed Enviroshake roof (clear resolution where roof tiles are visible)
- Copy of the fully paid installation invoice from your contractor
