Historic Building Finds Solution to Long-Term Problem

For more than 160 years, The Spire, the magnificent historic designated building at 82 Sydenham Street has been a notable Kingston, Ontario landmark. This innovative and accessible community hub continues to develop a sustainable model for protecting and expanding a heritage city resource.

After two failed roofing systems in the past 30 years, it was time to start looking for a product that could truly meet its advertised lifespan and ensure the longevity of the building.

Our Aged Cedar Enviroshake along with Charcoal Grey Alpine SnowGuards were installed in November of 2021. The project was over 11,000 sq ft.
