With over 10 years of experience at Enviroshake, Brad is an expert at our installation process and a valued member of our team. He will help you and your crew feel confident to get the job done right.
Tell, Show, Do, & Review! Brad will teach you what to do, show you how to it, then watch and provide guidance as you install.
You can expect the following during one full day of training (partial second day, if travel allows):
- How to cut and install the starter row
- How to install over the starter
- How to cut tiles properly for different scenarios
- How to start and stop at rake ends
- How to install in valleys
- How to install ridge caps and hips
- *Specialty details IF installing multi-tone, staggered, transitional slopes, curved roofs, etc.
- Answering any questions that may arise during the installation
- Brad will watch and aid when needed
Time is money! A trained Enviroshake crew of 3 people can install approximately 100 bundles per day. With on-site training, we can get your crew over the learning curve quickly to install faster. We will show your team how to create efficiencies to double the square per day your team can install. Your training will pay for itself on the first job!
After training with us, a crew of 4 was able to install 153 bundles of Enviroshake. They improved by 106 bundles after the first day!
