My experience with Enviroshake
Kristina was extremely helpful in providing info about Enviroshake. That enabled me to make an informed decision to purchase. Then when it seemed everything might fall apart due to not finding a contractor, she came up with one who was certified, but was located some distance away. Kristina patiently walked me through everything related to Steve’s Improvement Services and really helped seal the deal. She was totally responsive to my many calls and emails. The product warranty and performance ratings are top of class, and there is enough track record in the Caribbean to feel really comfortable that it will hold up in severe conditions. The thing that impressed me the most is the training and constant communication with Enviroshake, the buyer's agent, and construction team to ensure everything is done 100% correctly the first time. We have had zero backtracking, and the install has been quick and seamless. It's exactly as advertised. Can't wait to not think about roofing again for 30+ years.
